Ciarra was born in Brockton, MA and raised in Wareham, MA. Ciarra is a Senior at University of Massachusetts Lowell where she is a Sociology Major with a Minor in Criminal Justice. Ciarra is a Licensed Cosmetologist and has her own beauty/nail business. Support her here.

In her free time, Ciarra is a singer and dancer, She likes to listen to music, shop, meet new people, hanging with friends and family, and relax. As a Black woman in the Merrimack Valley, she is committed to helping our people flourish and show success in the Black and Brown community.
