Rudo was born in Harare, Zimbabwe and moved to Worcester, Ma., when she was seven years old. She was raised their until she entered college in Salem, MA. She got her bachelor’s in general psychology at Salem State University and then a master’s in counseling with a specialty in Marriage and Family Therapy. She is currently waiting to get accepted for her PhD program in Clinical Psychology. 

In her free time, Rudo loves taking nature walks and taking photos from her Instagram blog The Lovelenses. She is very passionate about helping lower income families and currently works with homeless Black and Brown youth to stabilize them in society. Rudo hopes to bring her knowledge of Mental Health and Environmental Justice to Merrimack Valley to educate the Black and Brown community on these issues.
